    Sarah McGinnis

Sarah McGinnis started her career as a professional actor at the young age of 5. Sarah found her passion for hair and make-up while attending the prestigious Conservaotry at The Chicago Center for the Performing Arts. There she assisted the Make-up team in creating complex stage looks and wigs.

Later, while attending The Theatre School at DePaul Univeristy, Sarah made the desicion to dedicate her career to the art of beauty. After completing 2000 hours of education and recieving her cosmotology licence, Sarah attended The Paul Mitchell School- Chicago for her advanced degree in Cosmotology. It was there that her talent caught the eye of The Artistic Global Director of Paul Mitchell, Robert Cromeans. She earned her spot as his assistant, and it was then that her passion for out of the box hair techniques was found. After becoming a National Educator for the company, Sarah honed her skilled as a percision hair cutter and curly hair expert.

In 2010, Sarah decided it was time to open her own salon and create a visionary team. By March of 2012, Pin Curls opened in the up and coming neighborhood of West Town in Chicago. In 2012 Pin Curls was awarded with Best Salon In Chicago from Daily Candy, and in 2013, was awarded with Top 20 Best Salons from Salon Today Magazine.

Sarah realized that she was still missing something in her career. She wanted a hair world where hair products made hair healthier, where hair stylists were actually working togehter instead of competing with one another, and where hair products were actually enviornmentally contcious. That is when she found Eufora International. She brought in the Eufora culture and products and earned her way to becoming a Regional Eductor and Advanced Color Educator with them. To this day, recieving the honor of educator for Eufora has been one of her proudest moments.

Sarah continues to advance her skills, by educating and continous classes and training. Her dream is to become a Global Platform artist for Eufora International and help shape a new world for the beauty industry and take back our craft.

  • Jim Stylist/Barbering Expert

    Jim Litwin

What do you love about being a stylist?
I have been in the beauty industry for 17 years now. I love being a stylist because I get to change the world one person at a time. Looking good is feeling good. I've been fortunate enough to learn many things from many different mentors. I believe knowledge is wasted if it isn't passed on. I love that I get to pass on what I have learned about hair care and how to achieve your look at home.

What do you love about Barbering?
What I love about barbering is that I get to be “one of the guys”. Barbering men's hair requires a different approach than woman's hair. I love when men come in with a soft, femine shape to their hair and leave with a square, masculine shape that they recognize as the best haircut they've ever had!

What is your favorite Eufora product?
My favorite Eufora product is the Urgent Repair Treatment in the Nourish Promise, or for men, the Hero Revitalizing Treatment. They both contain menthol and camphor to detoxify the scalp. I love these because you can actually feel the menthol and camphor working as it conditions your hair.

What is your favorite hair trend right now?
My favorite hair trends for Men are skin fade hairlines and modern mob looks. For women; bobs...short bobs, long bobs, graduated bobs, layered bobs, stacked bobs...Bobs are timeless, classic, and will always be part of what's “in”.

  • Jacob Stylist

    Jacob Greenfield

What do you love about being a stylist?
I love meeting new people and getting to know who they are and making them feel good about themselves with their hair.

My favorite Eufora product is Beautifying Serum because of all the benefits you get from using it.

What is your favorite hair trend right now?
My favorite hair trend right now is balayaged sombre.

    Who is your style inspiration?
My style inspiration is Beyonce because her hair is always changing.

What is your number one piece of advice for guests' hair?
I believe it is very important for clients to maintain their hair frequently to prevent excess damage and keep their hair looking great year round.

What is your favorite style era?
I love the many looks we have in our current time period as my favorite style era.

  • Libby Nail Expert

    Libby Rodgers

What do you love most about being a nail artist?
What I love most about being a nail artist is getting to sit one on one with my clients and bring them a relaxing experience. I also enjoy bringing modern and trending nail ideas to the table.

What is your favorite nail product?
If I had to pick a favorite nail product, I would have to go with Zoya. Zoya has great colors, goes on smooth, and is all natural.

What are your favorite nail trends right now?
My favorite nail trends right now are the use of negative space in nail art, geometric shapes, and soft colors with bold black.

    Who is your style inspiration?
The person who is my style inspiration is Brittany Balyn. She can be found on YouTube, Instagram, etc. I love her entire look as well as her outgoing personality.

What is your number one piece of advice for your guests?
My number one piece of advice for my guests nails would have to be not to worry if you don't have perfect nails. Also, DO NOT peel off your no chips!

What is your favorite style era?
My favorite style era would have to be a combination of the 60's for its dramatic makeup and bold lines, as well as, the 90's for its street style and grunge.

My favorite style trend right now would be seeing guest come in with long hair and leave with a graduated bob.
